Thank you for choosing Wasatch eco-mow. Our goal is to provide a quality service that is both reliable and professional. Below is our terms of service.

Scheduling-

While you don't need to be present for us to service your yard, we understand the importance of you knowing which day we will arrive so you can have your yard ready. Once we have your day set up in our mowing schedule, you can plan on us coming that same day for the entire season unless otherwise notified.

We do reserve the right to switch your day if it better accommodates our schedule.

In the event there is inclement weather, you can plan that we will be delayed and will do our best to get back on schedule when the weather improves.

Skipping service-

To avoid being charged, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance for cancellations or if your yard needs to be skipped that week. If your yard gets overgrown due to being skipped we reserve the right to charge and additional fee to get your yard back on track ( usually a double charge ).

What we need from you before and after mowing-

We ask that your yard be ready to service before we arrive. Items such as kids toys, dog toys, dog poop, yard furniture, hoses, tree debris such as pine cones or large sticks, or any other miscellaneous items must be picked up. Large items such as trampolines and yard furniture will be mowed around unless we've agreed on having them moved at an additional cost.

All lawn areas need easy access for us to perform your service. Any gates need to be unlocked, vehicles should be cleared to allow accessibility of our mowers and any persons or pets will need to remain inside. In the case that there is

limited accessibility we reserve the right to skip the affected area and still charge our agreed upon mowing fee.

We train our lawn techs to always close gates when leaving a yard, but it is the customers responsibility to double check that there gate(s) was correctly closed after a completed service (especially customers with  kids and pets). We've had issues in the past with difficult to close gates, gate latches that don't engage properly...etc. Wasatch eco-mow can not be held responsible for an open gate.

Mowing specifics-

For the optimal health of your lawn we follow the Utah State University extension mowing guidelines.

We mow at 2.5" in spring and 3" in the heat of the summer. Clippings are mulched into the lawn . We can also bag and dump clippings in your provided green waste container for a small additional fee.

Damages-

Wasatch eco-mow can not be held responsible for damage to tree roots, electrical wires, internet cables, sprinkler heads or irrigation pipes that are sticking up above the ground. We do our best to avoid hitting objects with our trimmers, but we can not be held responsible for damage to unavoidable areas including but not limited to fencing, mail box post, yard furniture, play sets, yard decorations, house siding that meets the lawn, plants or trees that are not protected in a planter bed, or any other unmarked object. In the event that you schedule an aerating service, it is the customers responsibility to flag all sprinkler heads or hidden objects. If damage does occur, customer must notify us within 24 hours.

Payment-

An invoice will be emailed once a month, usually around the 15th of the month. The invoice will include all of your services for the month and is due on the last day of that month. If there is an overdue payment at the start of a new month, we reserve the right to put a hold on your service until payment is made.

Cancelling service-

If at anytime you are unsatisfied with your service, please call or email to let us know the problem so we can address the best way to fix it. If there is the need to cancel, we just ask that you give us 24 hours notice so we can adjust our schedule accordingly.
